With five storeys of space for attractive offices, event locations and conference rooms, the new building complements the existing residential, commercial and factory building that has stood here since 1912 in the centre of Berlin, where the dynamic districts of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg meet. This will create an ensemble with a total floor space of 6,400 m².
